Description
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
- Managing the credit control process and ensuring timely payments of debts.
- Building and maintaining close links with all customers, to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments.
- Conducting meetings and negotiations with customers as required to ensure payments are made in accordance with terms.
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
- Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.
- Providing accounts information to internal departments.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Proven experience in a credit control role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the legal complexities of loans, payments, and interest rates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
