Here’s what the role looks like:• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them from the initial greeting and helping out from time to time, covering on the reception desk• Setting up buffets, catering and food & drinks for meetings and events, ensuring that the rooms are tidy and well-organised • Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient face to face customer experience by being responsive to queries• Supporting with the organisation of visitors and booking meeting rooms

• Helping with any facilities queries, which may be related to room sizes and layouts, maintenance problems, IT or equipment queries

• General administrative duties

This is a real hands-on role, where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who brings energy, a positive approach, a can-do attitude.
