Key Responsibilities:As our Office Manager, you'll be at the centre of the action, ensuring our school runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our busy office with enthusiasm and organisation.
  • Supporting the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team with top-notch administrative expertise.
  • Leading a brilliant team of office staff and fostering a positive, can-do culture.
  • Keeping our school records up to date and in line with GDPR and safeguarding regulations.
  • Managing our finances with precision, including invoices, budgets, and reporting.
  • Being a friendly first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external partners.
  • Overseeing recruitment, training, and the well-being of administrative staff.
  • Keeping everyone safe by managing health and safety procedures and documentation.

What We're Looking For:We're searching for someone who is as passionate about teamwork and efficiency as we are! Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in office management, ideally within a school or similar environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills - you'll love making to-do lists!

  • IT know-how, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and school systems (e.g., SIMS).
  • A good understanding of safeguarding, GDPR, and confidentiality.
