Your new companyA specialist finance firm based in Bolton are now searching a new Office Manager to join their rapidly growing business. The team currently stands at a head count of 10 but this is looking to expand, this is a great opportunity to join an established business as their growth continues to gather momentum in a leadership role. The working hours for this role are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 2 days hybrid (after probation). Your new roleAs the Team Manager your duties will include building strong peer relationships with appropriate support, along with day-to-day people management of a diverse team at different stages of development and experience. Other daily duties may include, identifying training needs and support, actively searching for service development opportunities to improve the customer journey. Setting clear delivery plans and results of positive impacts, supporting the Head of Operations with timely data around business volume and quality, as well as, delivering clear communication and rapport building with different internal departments What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in securing this position you will need experience in team management ideally within a similar industry, along with experience of project delivery and operational system development. You must be involved in the daily challenges and understand the challenges and opportunities for your team at a practical level and be able to motivate and lead a team. You should have proven ability to lead in a fast changing, fast paced environment with a Level-headed approach when things do not go to plan and have strong attention to detail. Including previous experience of working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities., Excellent communication skills and relationship development.
