Reed Education/The Lancashire Teaching Agency are working with a fantastic primary school in Accrington. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced Teachers to contribute to the school’s already vibrant learning environment.

The post is a full-time, temporary position expected to start after the February Half-term 2025 and is expected to last for at least a term initially but could last until the end of the academic year.

This PPA role is to cover teachers across the schools Reception -Year 4 classes.

Day to Day of the role:• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the KS1/KS2 curriculum.• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.• Assess student progress and provide individualised support.• Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching practices.• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians to support student development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.• A commitment to creating an inspiring and supportive educational atmosphere.• Excellent organisational and classroom management skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
