About the Role:

As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will play a key role in providing high-quality teaching across a range of subjects, ensuring that the learning experience for students continues seamlessly in the absence of their regular classroom teacher. This part-time role will involve working three days a week, and we are looking for someone who is adaptable, passionate about education, and able to build positive relationships with both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons to pupils across a range of subjects and year groups, following the planned curriculum
  • Provide support and guidance to students, ensuring their learning and development needs are met
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure a smooth and consistent approach to teaching
  • Provide feedback to pupils and parents as needed
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working in primary, with a strong understanding of the curriculum
