Our Client, Lancashire NHS, is seeking an Adults Social Worker join their CMHT team in Accrington.

Responsibilities of this role:
- The person will be required to do duty and CMHT assessments and hold a caseload, for short pieces of work, such as medication monitoring
- A RMN would be preferred but not essential.
- Ideally the person would have community mental health practitioner experience.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
- Must have minimum of 3 years experience working as a Qualified social worker in a similar team
