Reeson Education is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism in Key Stage 2 at a welcoming primary school in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's education and development.

Position Details:

Location: West London
Pay: 88-100 per day

Your Role:

Provide dedicated one-to-one support to a child with Autism
Encourage engagement, confidence, and social interaction
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement learning strategies
Foster a nurturing and structured learning environment
Collaborate with families and professionals to support the child's progress

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children with Autism (preferred but not essential)
Team Teach training is a bonus but not required
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
A team player who enjoys working with children
Passion for inclusive education
