Working 38 weeks of the year paying up to 23,576. Monday - Friday 8:00am- 16:00pm
Office Administrator duties to include:
- Provide effective administrative support to the Business Manager and office team
- Undertake general admin duties as required for the efficient function of the office team
- Keep up-to-date records and maintain key information for reference and distribution
- Contribute to the effective management of the reception throughout the day
- Ensure that visitors and members of the community are greeted and welcomed in a warm and professional manner
- Deal efficiently, professionally and effectively with all telephone and visitor enquiries, providing advice, answers and information to the caller where possible
