Nursery Assistant | Part time or Full time | Permanent | Addlestone
Due to expansion we have positions available at a fantastic local Nursery! They are looking for qualified nursery assistants to share their passion for working with young children and become part of their team. This Nursery has such a welcoming warm feel and is easy to commute to. The Nursery is located in the town of Addlestone. All positions are available to start within the next 2-3 weeks but a start date is negotiable for any candidates that need to give a notice period if currently in employment. There is both full time and part time working hours available. Applications from experience nursery nurses or newly qualified nursery nurses are welcome.
Job Role: Nursery Assistant
Start Date: April 2025 (start date is negotiable)
Location: Addlestone, Surrey
Contract: Permanent / Long Term - Full time and Part time hours available
Rate: £18,000 - £26,500 pa
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To support key children
- To liaise with and support parents/carers and other family members
- Performing domestic duties, such as preparing snacks, cleaning equipment, and toys, etc
- Washing and changing children when necessary
- Planning and supervising fun and educational activities
- Ensuring the safety of children at all times
