Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Support professional to provide maternity leave cover within our property administration team. This role involves working for a local council in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property administration and database management, with particular emphasis on experience using Concerto software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update property administration databases
- Provide general administrative support to the property team
- Use Concerto for property management tasks (preferred)
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of all data and documentation
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in property administration
- Strong database administration skills
- Experience using Concerto is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
