Job Title: (Temporary) Recruitment Administrator
Location: Addlestone (3 days in office 2 days remote)
Hours: Full time, temporary - 6 month contract (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

This is a temporary role for 6 months initially with the posibility to extend. Working in split office / remote role, 37 hours per week.

Duties Include:

  • Prepare, oversee and monitor recruitment campaigns
  • Liaising with hiring managers
  • Updating documents and filing
  • communicating any staff changes
  • Liaising with agencies
  • Joiners / Leavers / Movers associated tasks
  • Monitoring and responding to related e-mails

Skills Required

  • Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive documentation
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Multitasking and Prioritising
