Project Manager

In this role, you will work closely with the design, estimating, and sales teams to fully understand client specifications and expectations. As a Project Manager within an interior fit-out company specializing in office refurbishments, your primary responsibilities will include managing contractors, sourcing materials, and ensuring all project deadlines are met efficiently. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that all projects adhere to Our Clients ISO 9001 accredited Quality Management System and Constructionline Gold requirements, helping to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
Additionally, you will oversee all project phases-from initial planning to handover-maintaining excellent communication with clients to manage expectations and guarantee satisfaction. Your ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict timelines, budgets, and compliance with industry standards will be essential for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining project programmes using Microsoft Project
Material take-off and procurement
Budget management
Contractor management
Client liaison
Responsibility for all CDM requirements on-site
Managing mid-project variations, including costing and quotations
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and Constructionline standards
Experience, Skills & Attributes Required:
Previous Project Management experience
Proven CDM management skills
Excellent organizational and customer service abilities
Effective problem-solving skills
Energetic team player
Resilience and determination
Experience with construction or interior fit-out is desirable
