Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the organisation, ensuring that all processes meet company goals and standards for efficiency, productivity, and safety. This role will require a strong leader with an ability to improve systems, optimise performance, and foster collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and drive performance improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor operations teams across sales office, design, stores and manufacturing, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure optimal team efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Analyse existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and process optimization.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the operations budget, ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor operational KPIs, and take corrective actions where necessary to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (HR, Finance, External Sales) to support business goals and drive cross-functional projects.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services or products.
