Join a dynamic team as a Receptionist/Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract for a leading company. You'll manage reception, greet visitors, and support contract managers with admin tasks like Excel data entry, emails, and correspondence.

Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
* Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 (39-hour week, 1-hour lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
* Front desk management and call handling
* Booking travel, accommodation, and meeting rooms
* Managing emails, mail, and office supplies
* Processing invoices, payments, and project documents
* Overseeing fleet and office maintenance
* Fire warden and compliance duties
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communicator with great attention to detail
* Excellent multitasking and time management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
