- Assist with payroll checks, sales and purchase ledgers, audits, financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
- Deliver timely financial performance reports, including variance analysis and explanations for deviations from targets or trends.
- Create and maintain accurate costing records to monitor product and customer profitability, including reviewing system overhead recovery rates.
- Support cash flow reporting and governance, including forecast submissions, variance analyses, supplier payment approvals, and overdue debt recovery.
- Ensure the business adheres to accounting standards and maintains HMRC and pension compliance.
- Extensive payroll experience with previous experience in an accounting function.
- Manufacturing, AP & AR, Management Accounts experience.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA graduate qualified
