Your new roleJob Title:Bridge Leader - Coordinator of Behaviour and Learning Programmes (TA3)Location:Alcester, WarwickshireJob Type:Full-Time (37 hours per week)Description:The Bridge offers bespoke learning and behaviour support for identified students in Years 7, 8, and 9. Located alongside our main school site, The Bridge provides short and medium-term programmes to support students within the school. We are seeking a dedicated leader to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of The Bridge and actively participate in delivering curriculum programmes related to behaviour support and vocational learning.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily running of The Bridge.
  • Deliver curriculum programmes focused on behaviour support and vocational learning.
  • Work as part of the broader Inclusion team to support students with a variety of Special Educational Needs.
  • Implement a range of strategies to support student progress.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to relate well to both children and adults.
  • Ability to work constructively as part of a team.
  • Goal-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of managing and coordinating educational programmes.

Working Hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday-Thursday: 8.00am - 4.10pm
  • Friday: 8.00am - 3.40pm
