We are looking for a Temporary Employee Relations Advisor to join our team and provide expert support for a 4-week assignment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and support on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
  • Support managers in the handling of investigations, hearings, and outcomes
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices
  • Manage employee queries and provide general HR support as required
  • Maintain accurate records of all ER casework and correspondence
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations or a similar HR advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essential
