- Provide advice and support on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
- Support managers in the handling of investigations, hearings, and outcomes
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices
- Manage employee queries and provide general HR support as required
- Maintain accurate records of all ER casework and correspondence
- Proven experience in Employee Relations or a similar HR advisory role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essential
