- Log and resolve tickets, fault-find and resolve IT issues
- Desktop, server, and hardware/software support
- Installing PC’s/Laptops
- Supporting users on Office 365, Active Directory etc
- Main technologies used are Windows OS (desktop 7,8,10 and server 2008. 2012+)
- Experience of working on various projects (cyber security, telephone and laptop rollouts, server upgrades, server room configurations etc)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Systems: Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Azure, Defender
- Experience with working with ERP Systems
- Basic networking experience (switching, routing, firewalls)
- Strong experience of providing 1st and 2nd line end user support (Microsoft 365 environment)
