  • Running CMM programmes, analysing and recording results and making appropriate quality
  • Support the internal non-conformance process; raising rejects and ensuring all containment is
  • Read and understand the requirements on the Job Card for the operation to be carried
  • Carry out in process inspection in accordance with relevant inspection plans to ensure that components are conforming prior to passing on to subsequent
  • Ensure that work areas are tidy, cleaned and maintained in accordance with 5S
Quality InspectorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances with dimensional measurement tools (verniers, micrometres, gauges etc)
  • Well-versed using shadowgraphs, optical projectors/measurement machines, computerised inspection systems, 3D Scanners
  • Experience of filling out FAIRS check lists
  • Comply with all company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)
