Financial Controller

Robert Half is proud to be partnering with a market leading property group in its search for a financial controller.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising all accounting-related activities in an organisation
• Partnering with key steak-holders within the business
• Maintaining internal controls over financial reporting
• Presenting financial reports to an executive team
• Manage the full contract management cycle, ensuring contractual obligations are adhered to in line with commercial expectations. Proactively mitigating risk and maximising opportunities.
• Overseeing the preparation of budgets
• Managing accounting records
• Evaluating and managing risk
• Ensuring compliance with regulations
• Leading a team of 10 ensure that all colleagues have significant career development and growth opportunities, including succession planning for all roles within the Finance function

You:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• You must have a proven track record of managing a team
• Stakeholder management
• Experience of reporting on several European entities
• Audit experience, managing year end and preparing statutory reporting packs
• Must be able to work under pressure, demonstrate resilience and be a confident communicator

Paying a salary paying up to £80k along side multiple employee benefits
