Job Title: Site Engineer

Location:Alderley Edge
Salary:£35,000-£45,000 dependent on experience
Start Date:6th January

Benefits:

  • £5,000 Car Allowance or Company Vehicle (to be confirmed)
  • Contributory Pension Scheme (starting at 4% of salary)
  • Holidays: 20 days per year excluding bank holidays, rising to 25 days after 5 years' service

About Us:We is seeking a dedicated and ambitiousSite Engineerto join our Commercial Construction Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual aiming to progress through the construction management pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting out, levelling, and providing dimensional control for the project.
  • Managing on-site health and safety, implementing, and maintaining group health and safety procedures.
  • Collaborating with consultants, designers, sub-contractors, and local authority bodies to ensure the project meets specifications and is completed on time.
  • Working closely with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure budget control and financial accuracy.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience:At least 5 years in site engineering and 3 years in management roles.
  • Qualifications:SMSTS, CSCS, Street Works, Confined Spaces certification, or equivalent.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organisational abilities and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong team-working mentality and adaptability.
