Job Title: Site Engineer
Location:Alderley Edge
Salary:£35,000-£45,000 dependent on experience
Start Date:6th January
Benefits:
- £5,000 Car Allowance or Company Vehicle (to be confirmed)
- Contributory Pension Scheme (starting at 4% of salary)
- Holidays: 20 days per year excluding bank holidays, rising to 25 days after 5 years' service
About Us:We is seeking a dedicated and ambitiousSite Engineerto join our Commercial Construction Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual aiming to progress through the construction management pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out, levelling, and providing dimensional control for the project.
- Managing on-site health and safety, implementing, and maintaining group health and safety procedures.
- Collaborating with consultants, designers, sub-contractors, and local authority bodies to ensure the project meets specifications and is completed on time.
- Working closely with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure budget control and financial accuracy.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience:At least 5 years in site engineering and 3 years in management roles.
- Qualifications:SMSTS, CSCS, Street Works, Confined Spaces certification, or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Strong organisational abilities and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong team-working mentality and adaptability.
