We are looking an enthusiastic & ambitious CRM & Communications Executive to join the Communications and Customer Engagement team within a large, diverse and talented multi-channel marketing team with a thriving property business.

The Role

We're looking for a CRM & Communications Executive to work closely with the wider Marketing, Customer Engagement, Sales and Operations teams in Manchester city centre and take responsibility for the customer journey for both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement CRM strategies across all platforms (Email, SMS, WhatsApp etc.) to drive lead generation, conversions, and retentions.
  • Developing and executing lifecycle programmes for the full customer journey.
  • Build email campaigns in ESP, create segmentation strategies to create personalised and targeted communications.
  • Build automated campaigns to maximise effectiveness.
  • Analysis of customer data and behaviour to obtain actionable insights and inform CRM initiatives.
  • Monitoring and reporting on CRM campaign performance.
  • Content creation and copywriting, working closely with the inhouse design team to build engaging content.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 - 2 years experience in a CRM marketing role, whether in an agency or in-house.
  • Strong experience with data analysis, with the ability to interpret customer behaviour.
  • Experience of A/B testing with email campaigns
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and ESPs - experience of Dotgitial, Salesforce & Marketing Cloud an advantage.
  • Ideally experience in creating personalised and dynamic content
  • A bright, naturally inquisitive person and has a proactive attitude
  • A confident communicator, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.
  • Experience in the Property sector, or a passion for property, would be desirable.
