Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Resident Electrical Engineer for a FM Services and Engineering company.

The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive call outs on a wide variety of Electrical Buildings Services Engineering plants. Some of other duties include;

  • Ensure that routine PPM is carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with Site task schedules and CAFM.

  • Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.

  • Ensure that plant faults and defects are always swiftly remedies to maintain the plant in serviceable order.

  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork / CAFM is completed regarding PPM, reactive works and that it is passed without delay to the Helpdesk Team.

  • Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are always prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.

  • To develop a good working relationship with all members of the company's staff, subcontractors and the client representatives.

  • Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To include the wearing of uniform and PPE at all times.

  • Ensure the professional image of company is presented to clients at all times

  • Ensure up to date site log books kept at all times

  • Ensure signing in and out process followed at all times

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in the same role

  • 18th Edition and 2391 test and inspection qualification

  • Driving licence
