PA / Executive Assistant

Our client, and award winning IT Consultancy Practice, is seeking a conscientious, diligent PA, able to provide meaningful and proactive support to the Director and wider Senior Leadership Team

This significant role requires excellent communication, planning and organisational capabilities and will include diary management, email management, coordinating travel arrangements and organising internal and external meetings and events, requiring you to be organised, proactive and assertive whilst working in a calm and approachable way.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Planning and organising activities on behalf of the Director, understanding the business priorities to manage their diary ensuring effective and efficient use of time
  • Organising meetings, teleconferences, video/presentation or internal/external meetings.
  • Taking minutes or notes at meetings as required
  • Providing assistance in preparing for external and internal meetings
  • Dealing with company cars and reviewing expenses claims for all staff members

This role requires someone who is professional and discreet as you will be handling complex and confidential diaries and information
