A regional IFA firm are looking to recruit an additional paraplanner to join their team in Alderley Edge. They have three offices in the North West, and whilst you will be working with an Adviser in the office you will provide technical assistance generally as required. Most clients have 1m plus with the firm in portfolios and as such you will be working with more complex matters. The firm offer defined career paths, whether that be to senior roles or into Advice. Ideally you will be Chartered but minimum is Diploma.

Role

  • Undertaking reviews for clients
  • Preparation of reports, both from standard paragraphs and free text
  • Undertaking whole of the market research
  • Working on a collaborative basis with the rest of the team
  • Keeping up to date on market positions and global situations
  • Using cash flow modelling and lifestyle planning as required
  • Attending client meetings as required

The candidate

  • Minimum Dip, ideally Chartered or working towards
  • Experience of working with HNW and UHNW clients
  • Writing reports and undertaking research.
