Whilst their foundations and major investments are in and around the Manchester area, their assets span some major cities in the world including London, Mumbai, Dubai and NYC. My client is well known for its long-tenured and well respected senior management team, coupled with a professional approach, placing business ethics, transparency and long term relationships at the centre of their success.

A position has arisen for a property asset manager whose responsibility will be toincrease the value and performance of real estate investments whilstrecommending new asset acquisitions, selling existing assets and providing detailed financial reports to management:

They are responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Planning:Creating strategic plans to ensure properties generate income and increase in value
  • Financial reporting:Analyzing financial data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Maintenance:Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Leasing:Negotiating leases and renewals, and managing relationships with occupiers
  • Cost reduction:Minimizing operating costs and vacancies
  • Risk management:Identifying and minimizing risk and liability
  • Conduct viability and appraisals on commercial and industrial schemes
  • Maintain solid working relationships with managers, suppliers, contractors

The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, such as making prudent financial decisions, forecasting and keeping track of the market and investment opportunities and minimising risk. Meeting with clients to assess asset status, needs, risks, goals and progress. Preparing financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts. Develops, organizes and maintaining client portfolios

The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated or have relevant qualifications akin to Asset Management. They will be able to work at a fast, flexible, proactive pace and be adaptable to an ever-changing working environment.
