As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to join our team and be an integral part of our success.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Ownership: Take full ownership of the Quantity Surveying and Commercial functions, driving performance, and making the role your own. You'll be an integral part of the business, contributing to growth and success.Project Management: Manage high-end fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients and the wider project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication, and attending meetings to represent the company's commercial interests.Estimating Duties: Support estimating activities when required, assisting in the preparation of tenders and budgets.2-Stage Procurement: Manage and oversee the procurement process, with experience in 2-stage procurement being highly desirable.Site & Client Visits: Split your time between the office, site visits, and client meetings.
