Job Opportunity
I have been contacted by a good client of mine in Aldershot, who is looking for a great Service Advisor to join their team. This is a demanding, but rewarding role, and will suit a candidate who is currently in the role of Service Advisor, with at least 2 years’ experience in a Main Dealer setting. You will be a part of the current in-house front of house team, welcoming customers, booking in their vehicles, and making their journey memorable from start to finish for all the right reasons. Responsibilities
- Provide top levels of customer service to your customers
- Be organized and efficient in your duties
- Adhere to dealer and manufacturer standards
- Support your colleagues and work as part of the team
Qualifications
- Great customer service skills and telephone manner
- Computer literate and extremely organized
- Main Dealer Experience required
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary to £30,000
- Generous Bonus Scheme
- 7.30am to 5pm or 8am to 5.30pm - Saturday 1 in 4 - 8.30am to 12.30pm
