Are you detail-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team! In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the Customer Service Team, ensuring that customer orders are accurately entered, processed, and delivered on time, while handling customer inquiries efficiently from start to finish.What You’ll Do:
  • Accurately enter customer orders and review contracts to ensure all key elements are correct.
  • Create precise, professional quotations, including any additional charges.
  • Handle telephone orders and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Provide customers with technical information 
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production staff, and transport carriers to meet customer delivery expectations.
  • Maintain records of customer orders, dispatch notes, and proof of deliveries.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent keyboard and PC skills.
  • Strong telephone communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or a similar environment is essential
  • Someone reasonably local with transport due to rural location
