Our client based in Guildford, is seeking 2 experienced Customer Service Executives to join an expanding team.

You'll play a vital role in supporting customers throughout their entire journey, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery. This includes managing customer portfolios (excluding sales) from onboarding to completion.

The role demands a fast-paced environment. You'll quickly become familiar with our operational platforms, understand and follow internal processes, and take ownership of customer needs. Problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude are essential to overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes.
