IT Customer Support | Farnborough, Hampshire | | Full Time - 8:30 am to 5pm Mon-Fri | £18,000 – £23,000 DOE

This position is an office-based role working from the Farnborough Office with the opportunity to work Hybrid from home as training develops.

What will your role look like?

  • Working in the IT support helpdesk as part of a team, providing excellent customer service support to their customers
  • Installation and setup of software on servers + PC's
  • Training customers on the use of our Cloud and Windows software while using remote desktop tools, assisting with set up and resolving software questions or issues
  • Self managing individual responsibilities.
  • Answering telephone calls and web chats from customers in an excellent and professional business manner
  • Using the database to search for customer's information and history
  • Assisting customers with software installation and setup via remote desktop tools
