We are looking for a confident and organised sales administrator to support the sales executives within the automotive industry.
Client Details
A new and used car dealership based in Surrey.
Description
- Bring new & used vehicles into stock daily. Keep a paper trail of this & electronic record.
- Action payments for used cars when purchased.
- Add/remove vehicles from VW Bank when bought/sold.
- Create order forms & prepare documents for vehicle handover, including registering new vehicles.
- Assist Sales team in preparing vehicles - Requesting work to be done, checking MOT expiry dates.
- Update system records for sold vehicles once handed over - VMS, DVLA, VW Warranty.
- Keep correct & accurate records for audit purposes.
- Assist in regular audits from brand & bank when required.
- 'End of Month' reports for Accounts team.
Profile
- IT Literate - Good MS Office competency.
- A willingness to learn.
- Organisation skills & good time management.
- Full & clean driving licence
- Previous experience with Pinnacle advantageous.
- Previous experience within a fast paced, Sales environment.
