We are seeking a Senior Global Sales Administrator to join our Global Sales team. This role is crucial for providing excellent customer experiences and enhancing operational processes. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing robust sales support and fostering inter-departmental communications to boost efficiency and organisational effectiveness.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Receive and process purchase orders and maintain sales transaction invoices while assisting with managing receivables.
  • Verify orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
  • Submit, extract, and analyse data on customer accounts through SAP.
  • Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency with a focus on standardisation and simplification.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Compile monthly sales reports and expedite orders through internal liaison.
  • Direct customer feedback to relevant departments.
  • Identify new services to offer to the company’s clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A-levels / BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or higher.
  • Experience with industry software such as SAP.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft system software.
  • Good understanding of logistics processes
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
