We are seeking a Senior Global Sales Administrator to join our Global Sales team. This role is crucial for providing excellent customer experiences and enhancing operational processes. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing robust sales support and fostering inter-departmental communications to boost efficiency and organisational effectiveness.
Day-to-day of the role:- Receive and process purchase orders and maintain sales transaction invoices while assisting with managing receivables.
- Verify orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
- Submit, extract, and analyse data on customer accounts through SAP.
- Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency with a focus on standardisation and simplification.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Compile monthly sales reports and expedite orders through internal liaison.
- Direct customer feedback to relevant departments.
- Identify new services to offer to the company’s clients.
- A-levels / BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or higher.
- Experience with industry software such as SAP.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft system software.
- Good understanding of logistics processes
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
