You will find yourself working for a company who really pride themselves on putting their customers first thereby ensuring the smooth running of their customer's IT, Infrastructure and Networking technologies along with supporting their hosted voice clients. Note this role offers genuine future progression opportunitiesSalary up to £32K depending on experienceKey responsibilities for the IT Support Technician include,

  • Provide telephone and email support to our customers in order to maintain their systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • Prioritise outbound calling to resolve cases in a timely manner
  • Report issues to 3rd party suppliers ensuring clients are updated and cases are resolved in a timely manner
  • Cases are managed in line with agreed SLA's and are escalated with sufficient SLA remaining
  • Use available broadband diagnostic tools to identify and resolve broadband faults
  • Support the technical team in additional areas where required
  • Carry out general administration duties such as logging calls, database administration on the company CRM system

The ideal IT Support Technician will need the following,

  • Previous experience in a varied I.T Support and managing client accounts
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Azure active directory
  • Basic experience/awareness of firewalls, routers and telephony would be desirable
  • Ability to work productively within a small team
  • Being forward thinking and innovative
  • Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build working relationships with clients
  • Do you have excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Must be able to drive to attend to call outs so a full UK driving license is essential
