You’ll lead a team of lettings professionals, nurturing talent while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike. This is a role for a passionate property professional who wants to make their mark and lead from the front.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Ash Vale lettings branch.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve branch growth targets and increase market share.
Conduct property appraisals, win new instructions, and convert leads into successful lets.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to exceed targets and KPIs.
Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
Ensure all compliance and regulatory standards are met.
Monitor and analyse market trends to stay competitive in the local area.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the agency professionally and promoting its values.

Skills and Experience:

Proven track record in lettings management with experience in winning new business.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to develop and retain top talent.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
In-depth knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Full UK Driving Licence.
