Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, organised and industrious Residential Property Manager to join an Independent Estate and Lettings Agency in the Farnborough area.
To qualify for this role, you must have previous experience in Residential Property Management.
You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Tenants show empathy and understanding, you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.
The Company: Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency based in Farnborough that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Property Manager role will include:
- Experienced in Property Management
- Understanding of current lettings legislation
- ARLA qualification preferable
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Problem solve effectively
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Knowledge of the Farnborough area helpful
- Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management
