We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners.

Initially, you will manage your own portfolio while developing an in-depth understanding of the client’s unique lettings and property management business.

Duties:

Understanding the referencing process and right-to-rent requirements.

Preparation and enforcement of ASTs, including experience with the renewals process.

Knowledge of deposit registration requirements and the deposit release process.

Liaising with landlords, tenants, and building managers at all levels.

Maintenance of statutory records and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Managing contractors, maintenance, and repairs.

Effective management of rent arrears.

Accurate financial record-keeping and transactions.

Preparing weekly client reports.

Investigating and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

Organising and conducting property inspections as required.

Person/Experience Required:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management (in lettings)

ARLA qualified.

Experience in block management (desirable).

Key Skills Required:Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Exceptional planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.

Strong numerical competency.

High operational standards with excellent attention to detail.

A proactive approach and ability to meet deadlines.

Effective decision-making skills with strong analytical abilities.
