Lettings Manager -Aldershot-£30,000 + Team Commission

Are you an experienced Lettings Manager or a Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step up? A successful and fast-growing property agency is looking for a Lettings Manager to join their Aldershot branch. If you have strong negotiation skills, outstanding time management, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this could be the ideal next move in your property career.

As Lettings Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming lettings enquiries, acting as the face of the branch and representing the business with professionalism and confidence. The role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants

  • Negotiate terms effectively to achieve the best outcomes for all parties

  • Maintain a high standard of communication throughout the tenancy process

  • Manage time and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and targets

  • Uphold the values of the business through excellent service standards

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator, with a clear understanding of the local lettings market. You must be confident, organised, and capable of managing client expectations with ease.

Working Hours-

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am- 6:00pm (Early finish at 5:00pm on Fridays)

  • Saturday: 9:00am- 4:00pm (on a rota basis)
