My client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly team within the Ottershaw Branch.
The role involves full property management, supporting both landlords and tenants, and requires previous experience in a similar position.
The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of the UK market, excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include managing maintenance work, inspecting properties, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 per year and requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.

My client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly team within the Ottershaw Branch. The Property Manager will carry out full property management whilst supporting the landlords and the tenants.

You will:

Be the first point of contact for both tenants and landlords for any property related enquiries
Manage all maintenance and repair work required for the portfolio of properties
Inspect and arrange maintenance of the properties to ensure you meet the required standards
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with both landlords, suppliers and tenants
Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
Ensure properties comply with relevant regulations and standards
Advertise and market new properties to let
Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
Carry out any further administration
Ensure the property is ready for new tenants
Complete the end of tenancy procedure

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience working as a Property Manager
Have a good knowledge of the UK Market
Be a car driver
Have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Have the ability to build strong working relations both internally and externally
Be able to work well within a fast-paced environment
Have experience working within Property software (ideally Reapit or Fix Flo)
