My client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly team within the Ottershaw Branch. The Property Manager will carry out full property management whilst supporting the landlords and the tenants.

You will:

  • Be the first point of contact for both tenants and landlords for any property related enquiries
  • Manage all maintenance and repair work required for the portfolio of properties
  • Inspect and arrange maintenance of the properties to ensure you meet the required standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with both landlords, suppliers and tenants
  • Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
  • Ensure properties comply with relevant regulations and standards
  • Advertise and market new properties to let
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
  • Carry out any further administration
  • Ensure the property is ready for new tenants
  • Complete the end of tenancy procedure

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience working as a Property Manager
  • Have a good knowledge of the UK Market
  • Be a car driver
  • Have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Have the ability to build strong working relations both internally and externally
  • Be able to work well within a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience working within Property software (ideally Reapit or Fix Flo)
