As Property Manager you will have your own portfolio of luxury houses in the Richmond area to mange as part of a highly regarded lettings and property management team that pride themselves on personal service and adhere to the highest standards of property management.

- Salary from £35,000 - £38,000 pa dependent upon experience
- Candidates must have experience of managing AST residential properties
- Propertymark qualifications, if not already held, will be fully supported and encouraged to ensure you are fully up to date with the latest legislation
- You will need to have a UK driving license for property visits when required however this role is mainly office based. A pool car is available for property visits or you can use your own car if preferred.
- This role is Monday - Friday

As Property Manager responsibilities will include...
- Advising and guiding landlords on the management of their properties
- Developing and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants whilst delivering excellent customer service
- Managing any repairs and maintenance to ensure the property is in prime condition
- Organising safety and property inspections
- Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation
- Dealing promptly with all communications from landlords, tenants & contractor's
- Negotiating tenancy renewals
- Processing end of tenancy check outs
- Releasing deposits as and when necessary, ensuring all parties are regularly updated and providing advice regarding any disputes whilst looking to resolve amicably
You should have:
- Experience managing a portfolio of AST residential properties
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A great telephone manner
- The desire to provide the outstanding customer service that this company prides itself on
- Good problem solving skills to deal with the wide variety of issues on properties that arise
- A positive approach and be highly motivated to work as a key part of this busy team
- Sound numerical and IT skills to include MS Word and Excel
