Internal Sales Manager required. Our client is a well-established furniture & lighting manufacturer based in the Aldridge, Walsall area. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Manager, who will be responsible for the team of sales executives whilst assisting customer sales accounts.
Internal Sales Manager Job Overview
- Implementing and developing sales strategies to ensure targets are met
- Reporting and monitoring sales performance and market trends within the sales department
- Providing support and guidance to the internal sales team
- Liaising closely with customers
- Managing lead generation and sales pipelines
- Building strong relationships with existing accounts
Internal Sales Manager Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales Management within the interior design, furniture or lighting industry
- Experience with Sage software
- Excellent communications kills
- Strong leadership skills
- Based in a commutable distance of Aldridge, Walsall
- Computer literate
- Full UK Driving License

- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, full-time, permanent position. Early finish on Fridays providing weekly targets is exceeded
