This is a great opportunity to join a a Freight Forwarder who are experts in Logistics and Transport with over 40 years experience.
They require a dedicated and self- motivated ImportOperator for an office-based role.
Duties for the Import Operator will include;
- Liaising with customers daily, over the phone and via email
- Taking bookings, providing rates and quotations to customers
- Managing and coordinating sea freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods
- Completing all relevant Import documentation
- Customs entries
Key Requirements:
- Maths and IT skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- A working knowledge of Customs Clearance process
- At least 3 years experience within a Sea Freight role, with Import emphasis.
