Teaching Assistant responsibilities and duties: – You will be required to support KS3 and KS4 students, either in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, with various degrees of SEN difficulties. You will at all times implement school policies and procedures and manage the classroom and behaviour.

Teaching Assistants of all levels and experience will be considered for this role, including NQTs.

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant role you should have: · The relevant qualifications to work in a teaching environment with SEN students. · The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students. · Previous experience providing support and assistance to SEN student, and strong classroom management skills or experience dealing with challenging behaviour.
