The Loch Lomond Arms is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. Set in the picturesque village of Luss we have amazing access to some of Scotland's finest produce including a wide selection of game from our Estate. Previous experience is essential.
Having own method of transport is a must due to location.
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Salary and benefits
£28,000 and an equal share of the tips
- Equal share of gratuities, on average £300 per month.
