Role Responsibilities:

As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will support and assist fee earners with their caseloads. Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing Standard Security, Dispositions, and Discharge deeds

Preparing LBTT notices

Lodging Advance notices

Ordering searches, titles, and redemption figures

Preparing Cash Statements

Requesting loan funds from lenders

Providing all other necessary support to Paralegals/Solicitors for smooth purchase and sale transactions

Role Requirements:

Recent experience in supporting Conveyancing transactions under Scottish Law
