Due to significant growth, they are seeking a dedicated Export and Customer Support Coordinator to join their expanding team in Cranleigh. Package:
  • Competitive salary up to 38,000pa DOE.
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for UK and international customers.
  • Raise and process customer orders, provide quotes for products, and follow up with clients to convert these into sales.
  • Coordinate the delivery process from dispatch to arrival, ensuring customers are kept informed about lead times.
  • Manage inventory levels and work with the logistics team to restock items where necessary.
  • Produce import and export shipping documentation for international customers.
  • Assist with all customer queries and complaints and ensure customer satisfaction is met. Liaise with warehousing and logistics partners to ensure prompt delivery.


The Person:
  • Previous customer service experience in a B2B setting.
  • Proficient IT skills, with strengths in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
  • International export shipping experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
