Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious hotel in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned hotel, offering a 4-day work week for an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the kitchen team and ensure high standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
* Create seasonal menus while managing food costs and ensuring quality control.
* Train and develop kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Oversee kitchen operations, including stock management and ordering.
* Collaborate with hotel management on special events and guest experiences.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen role, preferably in a hotel or fine dining setting.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent culinary skills and a creative approach to menu development.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
