A nursing home in the Aberdeenshire area currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead their amazing team of care professionals.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be passionate about providing outstanding care, as well as comfortable managing the commercial aspects of running a successful elderly / dementia nursing home.

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:

  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD, desirable but not essential
  • Previous home manager experience
  • Good clinical knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
